Grasscutter raising as part of the diversification program of Kuapa Kokoo. All Fair Trade certified cooperatives must have on their board one person responsible for helping villages develop economic complexity so they are less impacted by the ups and downs of the cocoa market, caused partly by the speculative habits of The Big Boys. (near Kumasi, Ghana, 2007).
